What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care (DPC) is a modern healthcare model designed to restore the personal relationship between you and your primary care provider. Instead of billing insurance for every visit and service, you pay a flat, affordable monthly membership fee directly to our practice. This simple change removes the insurance company from the exam room, allowing us to focus entirely on your health.
As a result, you enjoy unhurried appointments, direct access to your provider when you need it (often via phone, text, or email), and a proactive partnership focused on your long-term wellness, not just treating sickness. It's a return to accessible, personalized care without the frustrating barriers and surprise bills of the traditional system.

Affinity Discount
Applies to active Teachers and Law Enforcement. If the primary member on a Family Plan qualifies, the discount extends to the entire plan.
Family Plan Eligibility
Defined as spouses, domestic partners, and dependent children residing at the same physical address. Covers up to 4 members.
Child Age Limit
Standard age limit for a "Child" is 17. An enrolled parent/guardian is required on the same plan.
Additional Members
Add an adult (18+) for $49/mo or a child (0-17) for $39/mo to any plan.
One-Time Enrollment Fee
A single, one-time enrollment fee of $50 per household is required upon signing up. This is not an annual fee.
